I feel privileged to be a part of DPS Modinagar, an elite educational institution facilitated with modern infrastructure, updated curriculum and contemporary pedagogy.
At DPS Modinagar, sharing of knowledge is of paramount importance across the school campus. By following a teaching pattern based on a pragmatic approach, we intend to bring a paradigm shift in learning as well as teaching methodologies.
Children should be nurtured as lifelong learners whether they are in the classroom, library, art or music room, playground, at home, in the company of peers or family. The desire and ability to collect information using social media or digital space is often misunderstood as intelligence. There is a need to develop age-appropriate reading, writing, listening and speaking skills in children which is the best way to learn.
With the aim of holistic development of learners, DPS Modinagar shall be NEP 2020 compliant. The key thrust of curriculum and pedagogy reforms across all stages will be to shift teaching-learning experiences towards real understanding and towards learning how to learn without the culture of rote learning that is largely present today.
